Completion of the Part 1 Oliver McGowan e-learning module (via NHS England e-Learning for Healthcare) is required before booking a face-to-face session.

From enquiry to certification in four simple steps

Delegates must first complete the Part 1 E-learning session.
3. Attend the training
Join your scheduled session. Either online via webinar or in person at your chosen venue
4. Certification awarded
Your certificate will be provided after you have successfully completed the training.

Booking FAQs
Tier 1 can be attended by all staff who require general awareness of learning disability and autism. It includes a short online module followed by a live virtual session.
Tier 2 is for staff who provide direct care and support. It is a full-day, face-to-face session co-delivered with people with lived experience.
Yes. All delegates must complete the Part 1 e-learning module via NHS England e-Learning for Healthcare before attending Tier 2.
Tier 2 is £95 per person, with discounted group rates and an introductory price for June and July.
